Ivy Architectural Innovations, PC
If it were not for clients, architects would not exist. Placing our emphasis on building relationships with our clients is our top priority. We want to know our clients so well that our designs are what they were seeing when they first dreamed of building.
For twenty-five years Richard Ivy has built a firm that has welcomed projects that require close involvement with clients, staff and their functional needs. Extensive renovation and historical adaptation, religious structures, funeral homes, custom offices and veterinary hospitals have characterized the work of Ivy Architectural Innovations. Design-Build projects with excellent construction companies have brought many rewarding relationships and projects.
Working closely with our clients and their staffs in a two or three day design charrette creates excitement and shortens the length of the schematic design phase. But the greatest benefit is the building of a cohesive, solid goal espoused by all. The ownership of the design is the sign of satisfaction IAI desires most to see.
“Architecture is about people and helping them to meet their needs,” says Richard Ivy, President of Ivy Architectural Innovations. “The more we focus on that one point the more successful we are.”
There are many successful examples of the firm’s past work, since 1982, and they are the foundation of the work presently in design and those promised for the future.
