Combined Multi-Purpose Facility

Officer's Club / Golf Course

This is a project developed for W. B. Brawley Company.

Composite Operations Training Facility (RedHorse)

Administration and Training Facility; 21,400 SF Structure; 200 Seat Lecture/Conference Hall; 250-Seat Dining Hall; Interior Furnishings Package; Base Civil Engineers' Offices; Classrooms.

This is a project developed for Virginia Air National Guard. Original estimate was $2.16 Million. Construction value was $2.13 Million.

Construct Armory

New Construction 1,784 SF armory

This is a project developed for OIC NAVFAC Contracts MCB Quantico, Virginia. Construction value was $492,000.

Construct New North and South Gates

Project for re-design of the north and south gate houses of the Marine Corps Base Quantico. The existing gate houses were demolished and new guard houses, manstands and gates were designed to protect against vehicular and ballistic assault.

This is a project developed for OIC NAVFAC Contracts MCB Quantico. Construction value was $622,000.

Construct Military Working Dog Kennel

Design of an 1,800 SF military working dog kennel for care and housing of 10 dogs used in the detection of narcotics and explosives.

This is a project developed for OIC NAVFAC Contracts. Construction value was $369,000 (original project only).
